We're always on the look out for motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team as Business Insurance Sales Consultants. If you've got strong communication skills, a hunger to hit targets, and the drive to convert conversations into sales, we'll teach you the rest.
You'll be helping small businesses find the right insurance cover while driving revenue for BizCover. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the buzz of closing deals, and want to be rewarded for performance, this is your opportunity.

Requirements
About the role :
What Your Day Looks Like:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
- Guide customers through quotes and recommend the right cover
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Meet daily targets and quality standards
- Stay compliant with regulatory requirements
- Continuously build your product knowledge and sales skills
What We're Looking For:
- Results-driven sales mindset
- Strong communicator with genuine customer focus
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced contact centre environment with KPIs
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior sales or contact centre experience preferred (insurance background a bonus)
