Core Responsibilities & Team Enablement

• Asset & Publication Production: Execute scalable, interactive multi-page digital publications, responsive campaign assets, and event touchpoints in alignment with BlackLinebrand templates.

• Template & System Alignment: Contribute to team-wide adoption and maintenance of existing Figma templates, auto-layout assemblies, and interactive UI componentlibraries.

• Process & Tooling Efficiency: Partner with peers to explore modern design tools, maintaintemplate hygiene, and integrate AI productivity workflows across the design team.

• Collaborative Campaign Delivery: Work closely with design peers and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-converting collateral that reflects both brand consistency and individual creative strengths.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience

• 5+ years designingdigital marketing environments (in-house or agency background in B2B software preferred).

• Figma Mastery: Expert knowledge of auto-layout, interactive components, responsive constraints, template usage, and seamless developer handoff.

• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for complex image editing and vector illustration.

• Portfolio showcasingend-to-end campaign execution across web, mobile, and digital publication formats adhering to establishedsystem guidelines.

• Experience leveragingmodern AI applications (Claude, Figma AI, Gemini) for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization.

• Excellent communication skills with an open, team-first approach to sharing technical skills and template knowledge.

Bonus Experience

• Experience managing enterprise DAM workflows (Brandfolderor similar asset repositories).

• Ability to create bespoke digital vector illustrations and editorial assets.

• Skill in UI motion design, Lottie export workflows, and micro-animations via After Effects or Figma.
