Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end reconciliation of collections, settlements, and remittances Reconcile POS systems, ERP systems, operational platforms, and bank statements Monitor multi-currency transactions and exchange rate accuracy Investigate discrepancies, short settlements, and unmatched items Ensure zero revenue leakage and strong financial controls Prepare dashboards and management reports Improve reconciliation processes through automation and controls Support audits and ensure documentation readiness Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and internal stakeholders
