Sales Intern

Blaze is a YC S24 company backed by General Catalyst, building the AI CFO for modern businesses - moving money and managing finances for people and businesses across 50+ countries on stablecoin rails.

Your job will be to make calls, set appointments, and put the founders in position to close deals. You earn commission on every deal that closes from your pipeline.

What you'll work on:

• Cold call 100+ prospects a day.
• Get trained by our expert sales team on how to cold call, book appointments, and drive growth.
• Book qualified appointments, hand them to our closers, earn commission on what converts.
• Branch into other lead-gen channels - LinkedIn, SMS, paid ads, AI-driven outreach - based on what you're good at.
• Track everything in our CRM and help us figure out what's actually working.

Who we're looking for:

• Comfortable on the phone all day. This is phone-first.
• Not afraid of "no" - you'll hear it a lot before you hear "yes."
• Self-motivated, remote-capable, available 20-40 hrs/week for 3-6 months.
• The type of person who picks up the phone instead of waiting to be told to.

This is a commission-based internship. Strong performers convert to a full-time paid role.
