Key tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of financial reporting, including monthly performance reports and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, validating, and structuring financial data.
• Perform variance analyses on financial results, identify deviations, and contribute to clear explanations and insights.
• Prepare and analyse data for management reporting and financial performance evaluations.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data within systems and reports.
• Collaborate with senior controllers and accounting teams on analysis and reporting activities.
• Manage and maintain financial datasets and reporting tools, ensuring data reliability and quality.
• Contribute to and initiate improvements in reporting processes and financial data quality.

Essential Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Initial experience in finance, controlling, or accounting is a plus; however, motivated graduates with a strong interest in financial analysis are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and controlling principles.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for financial data.
• Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools is considered an asset.
• Eager to learn and willing to gradually take on additional responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
