About the Program
The Area Supervisor Development Program (ASDP) is a 12-months retail leadership accelerator designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future Area Supervisor roles within Blibli OMG’s growing nationwide store network.
Through structured classroom learning, intensive store immersion, real KPI ownership, and coaching from experienced retail leaders, participants will learn how to manage store performance, lead frontline teams, solve operational issues, and deliver excellent customer experience in the gadget and IoT retail industry.
What You Will Experience
- 2 months of structured classroom development covering retail operations, leadership fundamentals, business acumen, analytical thinking, customer experience, and people management.
- 10 months of store immersion where you will work directly in store operations, understand day-to-day execution, and take ownership of selected business KPIs.
- Coaching and mentoring from experienced Store Leaders, Area Supervisors, and retail leaders.
- Exposure to real operational challenges, including sales performance, team coordination, customer handling, inventory discipline, and store compliance.
- Leadership evaluation and final assessment to determine readiness for future retail leadership roles.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates from any major, or candidates with maximum 1 year of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree graduates with minimum GPA 3.30.
- Passionate about retail, gadget/technology products, customer experience, and field operations.
- Strong in communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and execution discipline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced store environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Willing to be placed, rotated, and assigned across Blibli OMG’s store network in Indonesia.
- Resilient, hands-on, target-oriented, and ready to lead from the field.
