About the Role
As Blibli continues to strengthen its position as a future-ready digital ecosystem, Corporate Development plays an important role in evaluating strategic opportunities and supporting long-term, sustainable growth.
As a Corporate Development, you will work on strategic and project-based initiatives across valuation, financial modeling, corporate actions, and due diligence. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, develop financial perspectives, and provide insights that support key corporate decisions.
The role will also have exposure to Investor Relations, providing an opportunity to understand how corporate strategy, financial performance, and capital market communication come together within a publicly listed company.
What You’ll Do
- Develop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and corporate actions.
- Support end-to-end due diligence by reviewing financial, commercial, and other relevant information and identifying key findings and considerations.
- Support corporate actions and strategic projects, including potential M&A, investments, partnerships, capital raising, and other transactions.
- Conduct company, industry, competitor, and capital market research to support strategic recommendations and management decision-making.
- Prepare investment analyses, management presentations, financial materials, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Corporate Secretary, Investor Relations, and other functions throughout the evaluation and execution of strategic projects.
- Support Investor Relations activities and capital market-related materials when required.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Equity Research, or a related field.
- Strong finance background with hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation.
- Experience supporting corporate actions, transactions, and/or due diligence processes.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial and business performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with numbers while being able to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Exposure to Investor Relations and/or capital markets will be a strong plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
