As a Junior Accounting Staff, you will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in preparing financial reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting records and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of accounting records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information
• Verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting and finance-related matters

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
