Finance
In Finance, you’ll help ensure that Blibli’s transformation is backed by strong numbers and sound decisions. Through accuracy, discipline, and collaboration, you’ll provide the insights and reliability that keep our growth on track.
Job Summary & Role Impact
As a Finance Intern, you'll support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions by ensuring accurate financial documentation, payment processing, and reconciliation activities. You'll gain hands-on experience in financial operations while contributing to efficient and reliable finance processes.
- Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, vendor payment documentation, and finance administration.
- Assist Accounts Receivable processes by preparing customer invoices, recording payments, and supporting reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation for AP and AR transactions.
- Assist month-end closing activities and provide administrative support for finance projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Final-year student (minimum 6th semester) majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data processing, reporting, and presentation.
- Familiarity with cash management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy when handling financial data.
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
