Job Summary & Role Impact
As a People Development Intern, you’ll help ensure BEA training programs run smoothly and continuously improve through effective execution, class observation, learning support, and progress coordination.
What We’ll Work on Together
Support training execution - Help prepare and coordinate pre-hire, post-hire, and internal client training programs, including materials, attendance, documentation, and session logistics.
Observe and analyze classes - Conduct structured observations of participants and Trainers, capture key insights on engagement, learning behavior, delivery, and class dynamics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support learning and Trainers - Research and source relevant learning references, examples, activities, videos, and case studies, while helping Trainers brainstorm and develop engaging learning approaches.
Track training progress - Work closely with the Academy PMO to monitor ongoing programs, provide updates, follow up on action items, and keep training information and documentation accurate and up to date.
Contribute to continuous improvement - Turn observations and training data into practical insights and recommendations that can help strengthen BEA’s training programs over time.
Requirements
General
Undergraduate student from a reputable university (preferably Male)
English proficiency is preferred
Technical Skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns or insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Able to conduct basic online research and assess the relevance of learning materials
Strong documentation and organizational skills
