  • LeadSupplier selection and evaluation. Work cross-functionally to establish quality requirements for external suppliers..
  • Perform PPAP/PRP to check mass production capability
  • Assess Design for Manufacturability(DFM)of new product designs and driveimprovements.
  • Audit supplier facilities to ensure adherence to Bloom requirements
  • Manageprocess development/change management with suppliers to meet Bloomrequirements
  • Provide disposal action support of suspected part .Drive continuous improvements for all supplier process.
  • Deployment of quality tools / methodology for supplier critical process .
  • Drive supplier development / execution and deployment of manufacturing processes that meet the BE requirement. Review prototype and production part quality document submissions from suppliers, for acceptability.
  • Improve supplier quality processes such as assessments, supplier management, part approval, and corrective actions in a global world of connected / sub - tier / partnership relationships
  • Lead 8D Report for complaints/Field failures
  • DriveDesign and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA) to assess and improve product designs/processes.
  • Education,Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD
  • 6-9 Years Experience in Electronics manufacturing Industries
  • BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
  • Technical Knowledgeto demonstrateProduct design team/suppliers
  • Quality Management System auditing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience, SQC Tools,
  • Ability to travel 20% - 30% of time
