About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead Home, a project tasked with transforming the first moments of every user session within the Bloomberg Terminal into an intelligent, proactive, and conversational experience.
You will lead the shift from manual data retrieval to agent-led analysis. By leveraging modular UI components and agentic skills, you will ensure that every financial professional persona-from a net-new equity analyst to a seasoned portfolio manager-achieves situational preparedness the moment they log in.
As the lead PM for Home, you will develop and execute a product strategy focused on the initial user experience. You will build a foundation that allows Bloomberg domain teams to contribute to a personalized, unified, default entry point designed to get users oriented and productive quickly.
This role sits within our Core Product division and requires close collaboration across cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Data.
We’ll trust you to:
- Help define the evolution from a traditional application experience toward more conversational and modular workflows
- Partner with engineering and product teams to surface timely, relevant insights that help users stay informed and productive
- Collaborate with domain experts across Bloomberg to develop reusable, “agent-aware” product components and experiences
- Contribute to the vision for personalization and contextual experiences that adapt to user workflows over time
- Support rapid experimentation and prototyping efforts to validate new ideas and improve the user experience iteratively
- Act as a connector across teams to help align on interaction patterns, priorities, and long-term platform direction
- Define and monitor user engagement and adoption metrics to measure product impact and improve onboarding and workflow efficiency
You’ll need to have:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within financial technology, enterprise software, or workflow-driven platforms
- Experience working on AI-enabled, data-rich, or service-oriented products and platforms
- Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, conversational experiences, or workflow automation concepts
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, UX, and Data teams
- Comfort operating in evolving environments where priorities and opportunities may shift over time
- A thoughtful, user-centric approach to solving complex workflow problems
We’d love to see:
- An understanding of financial professional workflows and how users consume information throughout the trading or research day
- Experience launching MVPs, running experiments, and using feedback loops to shape product direction
- Curiosity about AI, conversational interfaces, and the future of intelligent workflow tools
- A platform mindset and interest in building scalable, reusable product experiences
