  • Own the Global Customer Service function and the post-sale customer experience, ensuring consistent and effective execution for domestic and global B2B customers.
  • Build and advance a high-performing customer service capability aligned to customer segmentation, business priorities, and differentiated service expectations.
  • Drive customer service performance through clear KPIs and accountability, including OTIF, accounts receivable support, EDI adoption, inventory health, customer scorecards, order execution, and service reliability.
