Workspace & Facilities Manager

As the Workspace & Facilities Manager, you will create a welcoming and efficient work environment for colleagues across multiple locations. You will lead the Workplace & Facilities team, manage suppliers and budgets, and ensure each office is safe, compliant, and running smoothly. This hands-on role requires a strong service mindset, experience managing teams and budgets, and a track record of delivering facilities projects.

Missions

• Champion the colleague experience at every site, proactively gathering and acting on feedback.
• Own the delivery of building services, maintenance, cleaning, security and office services across all three locations.
• Manage the global facilities budget, tracking spend and reporting on variances.
