Operations Executive (Full Remote Working)
We are a tech first cleaning company based in London, and we are looking for a operations executive to grow with us on this huge growth period we are going through for 2026/2027.
Responsibilities
include:
You will be an Operations executive looking after client accounts based in London
Being a brand ambassador for the company
You will be accountable to run and look after your accounts to a high level
Solving problems across your accounts quickly and effciently
Be able to work in a high fast paced environment and able work under pressure
Ensuring a smooth delivery of our service and operations across the business
Recruiting new cleaners (we have great systems in place) where required
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi task multiple projects
You will be expected to be a team player and report to the Operations manager
Able to conduct many phone calls, Whatsapp and emails each day to ensure your clients and cleaners are delivering their workload
Ability to multi task many pieces of work at one time
Confident in Microsoft office and Google suite (including Docs, email and calendar)
Able to verbally speak with cleaners and clients of all levels giving the best customer service all the time, a good level of verbal English will be key.
Willing to learn new software quickly and effciently
You must be a person that never gives us and wants to keep going till the job is delivered!
