Vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement du backend, de la prise en charge du front avec l'aide de l'IA, et du déploiement en staging et en production. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le product manager et serez impliqué dans toutes les étapes du développement.
Missions
- Discuter avec le produit, challenger et proposer des solutions.
- Concevoir et développer le backend Python avec une conception solide.
- Prendre en charge le front avec l'aide de l'IA, déployer en staging, vérifier et suivre en production.
Profil recherché
Indispensables
- Python backend solide, prouvé en production. 5 ans sont demandés, mais un profil plus jeune qui a démontré un très bon niveau sera étudié.
- Une vraie appétence pour l'IA : expérience pro ou forte envie d'apprendre, envie de tester l'agentique. Le candidat sait dire quel modèle il utilise, où il est hébergé et comment il l'évalue.
- L'autonomie sur un périmètre large : back, un peu de front avec l'IA, ops et déploiements.
- L'envie de progresser.
Atouts
- Expérience cloud et infra, publique ou privée, utile pour la migration souveraine.
- Expérience de l'ops et du support en production.
- Anglais, pour travailler avec les équipes italiennes.
