AI, Data & Insights Consulting Lead
About the role
As an AI, Data & Insights Consulting Lead, you will spearhead our client-facing data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.
You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to help clients unlock measurable value through data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation.
You will define and evolve our AI and data consulting strategy, shape our offering, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
You will lead discovery, assessment, and roadmap engagements to identify opportunities for AI-powered value creation.
You will oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI solutions - from predictive models to optimization tools, data platforms, dashboards, and GenAI applications - ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
You will communicate complex concepts in a clear, business-oriented way, including at executive level.
You will support business development by partnering with commercial teams on proposals and pre-sales conversations, cultivating strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities within existing or new accounts.
You will champion responsible AI by embedding governance, transparency, and risk management in all solutions and ensuring data privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
About you
You have 15 years of experience in data & analytics consulting, AI solution delivery, or similar leadership roles.
You bring strong knowledge of data strategy, data architecture, predictive analytics, machine learning, and/or GenAI.
You have a proven track record of leading client engagements and managing cross-functional teams.
You translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations and communicate them clearly.
You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and the modern data stack are a strong plus.
You are familiar with MLOps or LLMOps.
Industry experience in supply chain, manufacturing, life sciences, consumer goods, or similar domains.
