Kinaxis Solution Architect
About the role
As a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect, you combine deep hands on expertise with strong delivery leadership. You take ownership of the end to end solution design and stay closely involved throughout execution. Your goal is to build resilient, scalable planning solutions that create real business impact for our clients.
In this role, you will:
Lead the architecture and implementation of Kinaxis Maestro across planning domains (demand, supply, S&OP / IBP, scenario analysis).
Business and process challenges into robust Maestro designs - including data models, logic, workbooks, and KPI frameworks.
Make architecture decisions grounded in real use cases, best practices, and performance considerations.
Stay hands on in model design and build, contributing to configuration, advanced worksheets, and scenario logic.
Act as the technical and functional reference for both delivery teams and client stakeholders.
Facilitate deep dive design workshops with planners, process owners, and IT leaders.
Coach consultants on Maestro design patterns, architecture trade-offs, and build quality.
Support presales with architectural input, feasibility assessments, and effort estimations.
This is not a coordination only role. You lead the design and help bring it to life.
Requirements
About you
You’re a Kinaxis Maestro expert who thrives on solving complex planning challenges. You enjoy diving into the details, shaping architecture that works in the real world, and guiding teams to build it right.
You bring:
Multiple end to end Maestro implementations with strong hands on experience.
The ability to design models that balance performance, maintainability, and business fit.
Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, S&OP / IBP, scenario analysis, KPIs).
Experience integrating Maestro with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA or similar).
Strong communication skills, able to translate architecture decisions for both business and technical audiences.
A consulting mindset: ownership, curiosity, and the drive to dig into complex problems.
Certifications: Author, Contributor, ideally Master or equivalent delivery experience.
Experience leading solution design in complex or large-scale Maestro programs.

We do not work for them but rather with them, and we stand by their side the entire time. That is the only way to make changes stick and flourish.
