Job Description

• We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers.
• The successful candidate will respond to enquiries, resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, maintain customer records, and support a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about company services, products, properties, processes, and customer requirements.
• Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints and service issues within approved procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding requests, transactions, appointments, payments, or service issues as required.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, facility, and other departments to resolve customer needs.
• Assist customers with appointments, property viewings, documentation, service requests, and other processes where applicable.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues or opportunities for service improvement.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Support customer retention and relationship management initiatives.
• Prepare basic customer service reports and provide updates on outstanding issues.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in customer service, client relations, front office, sales support, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Good listening, empathy, patience, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional telephone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person communication etiquette.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship/record-keeping systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
• Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Real estate/property management experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
