Associate Data Scientist

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and research-oriented professional to solve complex, real-world business problems using Data Science, Statistics, AI, and Automation. In this role, you will move beyond basic data analysis to architect statistical models, deploy predictive analytics, and drive high-impact, data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Insights : Architect robust data pipelines to collect, clean, validate, and analyze vast datasets, translating them into actionable strategic insights.

- Advanced Modeling : Apply complex statistical and machine learning techniques, including exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, classification, and clustering.

- R&D and Innovation : Research evolving AI methodologies, GenAI, and automation solutions to find innovative opportunities for business and process improvements.

- Tool & Workflow Development : Design and deploy production-grade dashboards, analytical scripts, automation workflows, and internal tools using Python, SQL, APIs, and Generative AI frameworks.

- End-to-End Ownership : Identify operational bottlenecks, define project requirements, and own data science projects from initial research through deployment and continuous iteration.

- Stakeholder Communication : Translate complex technical models and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives, reports, and presentations for leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Education : M.Sc., M.Tech., M.E, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Operations Research, or related fields.

- Experience : 2 - 3 years of core professional experience working as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Statistical Modeler.

- Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and R (specifically for statistical computing).

- Proven experience deploying Machine Learning models and building advanced Data Visualizations.

- Deep conceptual and practical understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Predictive Modeling.

Background :

Degree from reputed institutions (e.g., IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Bombay, Dhirubhai Ambani University, SVNIT, Nirma, PDEU, IIIT Vadodara/Surat, MS University, LD College, BVM, CHARUSAT, Ahmedabad University) or comparable premier institutes.

Soft Skills :

Strong project management abilities, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Additional Information :

- This is 6 days work from office role.

- Interview Mode : 1st round (Virtual)/ 2 & 3 round - F2F only.

- Immediate joiners are preferred (Max. 15 Days).

- Only Male candidates preferred.

- Only local candidates from Mumbai/ Surat will be preferred.
