Missions

  • Cadrer et structurer le programme de rationalisation des systèmes d’information, en définissant ses objectifs, son périmètre et ses modalités d’exécution.
  • Mettre en place et animer les instances de gouvernance, en assurant l’alignement des sponsors, des équipes ITGA et des différentes entités du Groupe.
  • Coordonner et fédérer l’ensemble des acteurs et parties prenantes impliqués dans les chantiers, en veillant à la bonne articulation entre les équipes et les expertises mobilisées.
