Your daily responsibilities:

You will join the Financial Control team within the Real Estate business in Brussels. You will operate in a collaborative environment, serving as the primary point of contact for financial, tax, and governance matters related to investments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the production of financial and regulatory reporting for clients and authorities, while coordinating with external service providers.
• Manage all accounting, tax, and governance dimensions of investment vehicles, including funds and specialized companies.
• Supervise the budgeting process and analyze asset performance by monitoring variances between budget and actual results.
• Contribute actively to acquisition and disposal phases, as well as investment financing and hedging strategies.
• Coordinate relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors.

You have at least 2 years of experience in audit or financial control.

You are proficient in English, French and Dutch.
