CBS mainly deals with data admin functions and digitalization & Intranet business solutions .

CBS business line caters to digitalization of business platforms especially non standard technical solutions . It promotes automation of back office activities performed manually aiming for process improvement and efficiency .

Position Purpose

This a replacement position for Project called IBS in CBS IT which needs Senior Developer. This position handles development and maintenance IBS applications from Chennai, Paris and Lisbon. All IBS applications are owned by Paris team and there are offshore and onsite counterpart available for this role. All development activities, migration activities need to be handled by the role. The candidate should pose the relevant technical skill and to develop code for various flagship and technical migration projects. Candidate should develop a good understanding of the existing application (functional and Technical )

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Gathering the requirements from business team and provide the solutions.
• Handle project TASKS independently and help the team members .
• Act as technical owner/leader of the Assigned tasks in applications.
  
  

Contributing Responsibilities

• Developing the web based applications Write clean scalable code in .net Technologies and Perform unit tests.
• Test and deploy the applications.
• Recommend technical feasibilities and solutions
  
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Extensive programming experience with C#, asp.net, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Jquery .
• Strong experience in Angular and web api.
• Strong knowledge in .net framework 4.5 and above.
• Experience with visual studio 2017 or above .
• Experience with sql server 2016 and above Strong understanding of object oriented principles.
  
  

P Python engineering, with at least 1–2 years on LLM/GenAI

• Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
  
  

Specific Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years and max 8 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree -
• Prior experience in similar domain preferably
  
  

Hands on experience as Senior developer.

• Prior experience in similar domain.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like GIT, SVN. Ability to design database. Knowledge in RDBMS.
• Expertise in creating stored Procs, functions, views, Indexes, performance tuning.
• Should be able to do the coding and assist the team members on .net technologies.

Python engineering, with at least 1–2 years on LLM/GenAI

P Practical experience with at least one agent framework (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar); understanding of ReAct-style loops, tool calling, and structured outputs.

Nice To Have

Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems in production: orchestration frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent), prompt/version management, evaluation pipelines.

› Strong Kubernetes proficiency: Deployments, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Helm or Kustomize, kubectl-based troubleshooting; solid Docker fundamentals.
