Missions

  • Participer à l’élaboration et au déploiement de la stratégie commerciale des comptes en collaboration avec les responsables.
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien du portefeuille clients, traiter les demandes et apporter un rôle de conseil et de vente.
  • Piloter la mise à jour du CRM et coordonner la résolution des réclamations clients.
