We’re looking for a sales-oriented, proactive person to join our team and help us grow our business in the eCommerce and tech space.

This role combines business development, sales, working with existing clients, and supporting marketing activities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting new opportunities, and wants to grow into a role with more ownership over the sales process.

What will you do?

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage incoming leads and move them forward in the sales process.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Help turn sales opportunities into new projects.
• Build on existing client relationships to create new business opportunities.
• Work closely with our Project Management and Marketing teams.
• Help create content and use cases to support our marketing activities.
• Work with HubSpot and AI tools to manage leads and support sales.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Someone who feels comfortable reaching out to new people and picking up the phone.
• A proactive, independent approach and a willingness to take initiative.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• A creative mindset and an eye for new business opportunities.

An advantage: Experience in eCommerce, Shopify, SaaS, or digital solutions.
