Обязанности:
  • Осуществлять руководство сотрудниками отдела (планирование, постановка задач, мотивация, контроль);
  • Проводить анализ выручки за вчерашний день, контролировать выполнение плана по товарообороту отдела;
  • Контролировать своевременный прием, оприходование, предпродажную подготовку, оперативный вывоз и выкладку товара в торговом зале в соответствии с планограммой;
  • Контролировать своевременное пополнение товарного запаса по утвержденной ассортиментной матрице в зоне продаж;
  • Контролировать своевременное проведение переоценки товара.
Требования:
  • образование не ниже среднего профессионального;
  • опыт работы от 1 года на руководящей должности в розничной торговле;
  • уверенный пользователь ПК (Word, Excel, почта Microsoft Outlook);
