Key Account Executive - Owerri

Job Summary

• Bogo Beverages Limited is seeking driven and commercially minded Key Account Executives to manage and grow strategic accounts across the Modern Trade and HORECA channels in Owerri and Port Harcourt.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, strengthening customer relationships, and improving brand visibility across the company's portfolio of wines, spirits, and energy drinks. Ideal candidates must possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills, a solid understanding of the Nigerian FMCG and beverage market, and the ability to deliver sales targets within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts across Modern Trade and HORECA channels within the assigned location.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across the company's product portfolio.
• Drive product distribution, availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base within the territory.
• Negotiate trade terms, product listings, pricing arrangements, and promotional agreements with key accounts.
• Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Work closely with distributors and internal logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and consistent product availability.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies, providing actionable market intelligence.
• Prepare regular sales reports, account performance updates, and sales forecasts.
• Conduct product knowledge and brand training for outlet staff where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, brand guidelines, and merchandising standards.

Key Requirements

• Location: Must reside in or around the preferred work location — Owerri
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or the alcoholic beverage industry, with at least two years of key account management experience in Nigeria.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the Modern Trade and HORECA channels within the assigned territory.
