What are your contributions to the team?
- Support recruiters in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and phone pre-screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
- Support hiring documentation, background checks, and offer preparation.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and universities.
- Participate in job fairs and talent attraction initiatives.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You are currently pursuing a degree or have graduated within the past year in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are available for a full-time internship of 6-12 months.
- You are proficient in English; French is an asset.
- You have strong knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is an asset.
- You have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
