Bond is the leading customer intelligence driven engagement company. We help brands grow by understanding customer behavior and turning insight into loyalty, engagement and long-term value.
At Bond, we build growth and loyalty for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Behind that work is a team of smart, curious people who care deeply about our clients and each other, and who build something meaningful together.

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be part of the team behind live experiences for top-tier clients, from corporate meetings and conventions to incentive travel programs. Working alongside our Event Managers, you’ll look after attendees from registration through to on-site and help keep the logistics behind every event running smoothly. If you’re highly organized, thrive on the energy of live events, and are ready to grow your events career, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all attendee requirements, including the development of the registration website, management of all attendee lists, and individual communication with attendees.
  • Maintain accurate participant information and registrations through regular quality checks.
  • Attend and support client meetings and on-site communications as required.
  • Assist Event Managers with the development and delivery of events, meetings, and incentive travel programs, including coordinating with suppliers, vendors, venues, and stakeholders on logistics and air travel.
  • Source suppliers and vendors, negotiating for best value within budget.
  • Gather and share information with relevant stakeholders, such as contact reports, timelines, and commitments.
  • Assist with site inspections and on-site event execution, including confirming staffing and workroom requirements.
  • Assist with post-event reconciliation, including verifying final supplier billings.
  • Use AI tools to work more efficiently, such as drafting attendee communications, summarizing contact reports, and pulling insights from registration data.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of corporate event experience, ideally at an events agency.
  • Cvent experience is an advantage, including knowledge of event registration, attendee management, on-site solutions, event website creation, report generation, and using Cvent tools for seamless event execution.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to prepare monthly spreadsheets and reconcile supplier and client contracts, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A curious, hands-on approach to AI tools and automation, with a willingness to try new ways of working and share what works with the team
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, presentation, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with suppliers, vendors, and clients to plan, execute, and deliver on-site events.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and to travel as required.
