Bond is the leading customer intelligence driven engagement company. We help brands grow by understanding customer behavior and turning insight into loyalty, engagement and long-term value.
At Bond, we craft innovative solutions with the aim of strengthening brand loyalty and building sustainable growth for our clients. Our diverse and dynamic approach takes us in exciting directions, and as a Project Manager (Non-Technical, Client-Facing), you’ll play a key role in helping drive the future of automotive customer engagement.

Please note: This is not an IT or software development project manager role. Instead, it is a client-facing project management position focused on the delivery of integrated programs - bringing together strategy, creative, content, analytics, communications, and technology partners to deliver great client outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects successfully. You’ll bring hands-on project management skills, a strong eye for content, and confident presentation skills to help ensure great work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget - while looking for ways to improve outcomes and strengthen client relationships.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our dynamic team based in our Madrid, Spain office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-stakeholder client projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Act as a trusted partner by building a solid understanding of client business goals, industry context, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create, monitor, and manage project plans, including launch schedules, communication plans, risk management, and change management.
  • Collaborate across diverse teams - from strategy and creative to analytics, communications, and technology specialists - to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
  • Track budgets and resourcing, including forecasting, monitoring spend, and supporting statements of work and account growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate ongoing client communication, leading weekly updates, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring transparency on project health, risks, and progress.
  • Support content management across your projects - coordinating content intake, version control, reviews, and approvals, and keeping content organised, accurate, and consistent across deliverables and platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations - including status reports, project recaps, and client-facing decks - that communicate progress, recommendations, and next steps with confidence.
  • Establish and optimise communication cadences and documentation, providing clarity on milestones, achievements, and issue resolution strategies.
  • Maintain and improve project processes, ensuring quality assurance across a broad range of deliverables (strategy, creative, content, analytics).
  • Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying opportunities for efficiency, added value, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid experience managing client-facing projects in fast-paced environments is essential- ideally within an agency, loyalty, automotive, or marketing setting.
  • Strong content management experience, including organising, tracking, and quality-checking content across multiple deliverables, platforms, and review cycles.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and keeping strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology partners aligned.
  • Comfortable using project planning and tracking tools - such as Gantt charts, resource schedules, Microsoft Project, and Dynamics (or similar) to organise work, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Strong presentation skills - able to build polished, well-structured decks and confidently present updates, recommendations, and next steps to internal teams and clients - along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with global clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure while keeping a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, supported by proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint), enabling you to manage ambiguity and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • A PMP certification is considered an asset, showing alignment with industry standards and best practices, but it is not required.
  • Flexibility to travel or work outside of standard hours as needed to support project success.
