We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive our business in Croatia, develop strong relationships with key retail partners, and help grow one of the most recognized brands in the category.

What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail customers in Croatia
- Deliver sales, volume and profitability targets
- Build and execute joint business plans and promotional activities
- Negotiate annual agreements, listings and commercial conditions
- Analyze customer and market performance to identify growth opportunities
- Drive product visibility, distribution and in-store excellence
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams
- Monitor market trends, competitors and shopper behavior to stay ahead
What we are looking for
- 3-5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or Key Account Management
- Experience working with modern retail chains
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with excellent analytical capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering business results
- Fluent Croatian and business-level English
- Proactive, self-driven and execution-focused personality

Why this role matters
As Key Account Manager Croatia, you will own a portfolio generating approximately €3.4 million in annual net sales, with responsibility for both branded and private label business. You will manage strategic relationships with over 20 retail, distribution and private label partners and play a key role in driving Bonduelle's growth in the Croatian market.
