We are a sales organization based in Reutlingen, Germany, responsible for the German-speaking markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In addition, we work closely with our office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, which is responsible for the Benelux region, the Nordic countries, and the United Kingdom (BDNE Cluster).

To strengthen our Out-of-Home (OOH) team, we are looking for a:

(Senior) Brand Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• You develop and implement the OOH marketing and brand strategy for the BDNE cluster and translate the regional frame into strong local plans.

• You own an effective and high-performing product portfolio, covering product quality and superiority, innovation and renovation, local packaging adaptation, media, and activation.

• You analyze market, trend, and competitive developments, act as the voice of the local end user, and derive concrete recommendations for action.

• You develop customer-specific concepts and products together with our Key Account Managers and the Sales Directors OOH BNE and DACH, and build strategies to open up new customer channels.

• You plan and monitor the launch of new products.

• You define the key activation KPIs, monitor product performance, and manage the ROI of the actions implemented.

• You coordinate service providers and partners such as external market research agencies.

• You design and adapt the OOH website, and you plan and implement national trade fairs and exhibitions.

• You take part in cross-country strategy and innovation workshops and support their preparation, and you act as the single point of contact for the DACH sales team.

• You lead and develop a team of two: one activation manager and one intern activation officer.

What you bring

• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in brand or product management, preferably experience in the OOH or foodservice sector.

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable qualification.

• Excellent command of all elements of the marketing mix, from portfolio and innovation management to activation and digital channels.

• Strong analytical and creative thinking, paired with financial acumen and the ability to turn market and end-user insights into actionable plans.

• Experience and strength in cross-departmental project management, ideally in an international context.

• First leadership experience and the motivation to develop a small team.

• An independent and proactive way of working, resilience, team spirit, strong communication skills, and organisational talent.

• Confident handling of all current IT applications.

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; Dutch or French is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel regularly to our two locations, Reutlingen and Eindhoven.
