Bookboost unifies your CRM, messaging, and automation so hotel groups can reduce OTA dependency, grow direct bookings, and build lasting guest loyalty.

Your mission

Join the Revolution in Hospitality Tech!

At Bookboost we believe technology should make hospitality more human, not less. By turning fragmented guest data into personalisation at scale, we help hotel teams deliver a warmer, more personal experience for every guest at scale.

We do this as the Hospitality Experience Platform for mid-market hotel groups: one platform that helps hotels send the right message, at the right time, on the right channel, to the right guest. A hospitality-native Customer Data Platform (CDP) unifies every guest profile in real time, then activates it across personalised journeys, broadcast campaigns, conversations in a Unified Inbox, an in-stay Guest App, and AI-driven analytics. One platform that gives hoteliers everything they need to deliver genuinely personalised service to every guest.

Currently, our team consists of 34 highly ambitious team players who truly want to make an impact and difference. We're now looking for an Onboarding Specialist Intern to take full ownership of onboarding new hotel clients onto Bookboost. Think of this as your management internship: just as the management phase in a hotel is about leading and owning rather than standing at the desk, here you own your hotel clients and their entire onboarding, end to end. It's a hands-on, high-ownership role at the heart of our customer experience and a great step into Customer Success, Onboarding, or Operations within a fast-growing SaaS company.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you take end-to-end ownership of getting new hotel clients live on Bookboost. You own the early stages of the customer journey for your own portfolio of hotels, guiding them from kick-off through setup, training, and go-live, and you're end-responsible for managing the full onboarding workflow. You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, help them get started with Bookboost, and you're accountable for every onboarding running smoothly from start to finish.

Your profile

What You'll Be Doing

Take end-to-end ownership of onboarding your own hotel clients, from kick-off to confident go-live.

Customer Onboarding & Training

  • Guide each client through the onboarding journey, from kick-off to confident go-live.
  • Set up and configure the platform, and get customers to value as soon as possible.
  • Plan, lead, and run onboarding sessions yourself: intro calls, product walkthroughs, and training.
Customer Experience & Relationship Building
  • Act as the trusted, go-to point of contact for your customers throughout onboarding.
  • Translate each customer's goals into a clear onboarding plan and next steps.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality, service-minded experience. You set the standard.
Managerial Ownership
  • Take end-responsibility for the full onboarding workflow across your client portfolio. You own the outcome, not just the tasks.
  • Run each onboarding as a project you manage: build the plan, set the milestones, own the timeline, and keep both the client and internal colleagues to their deadlines.
  • Prepare and present a monthly onboarding review to the team: what is on track, what is at risk, and your plan to fix it. This is your "managing up" moment.
  • Proactively spot what's outdated, unclear, or slow, and drive the fix without waiting to be asked.
Hospitality & Integrations Exposure
  • Support customers during early integration phases
  • Learn how hotel operations work and how Bookboost fits into a hotel's tech ecosystem
Process, Metrics & Improvement
  • Track onboarding progress and key metrics such as onboarding duration and activation milestones.
  • Identify common challenges customers face and improve onboarding materials or processes.
  • Use modern tools, including AI, to work efficiently and help us onboard better.
Who You Are

You're structured, empathetic, and curious, with a strong interest in hospitality customer experience and technology. This is a management internship, so you're ready to step up and own: you take end-responsibility for your own clients and the full onboarding workflow, and when you spot something that could be better, you act on it rather than waiting to be told. You are keen to understand how software helps create seamless experiences for our customers and are genuinely excited about how technology, including AI, can make the guest experience more human and personal, at scale.

You likely

  • Have completed (or are close to completing) a degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, Administration, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • Bring a hospitality service mindset and are ready to translate it into a structured, software-onboarding context.
  • Enjoy helping people understand new tools or processes.
  • Are organised and able to own multiple clients and workflows at the same time.
  • Take initiative by default: if something is outdated, unclear, or slow, you speak up and improve it.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Are curious about AI and how modern tools can help you work smarter.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where things evolve quickly.

What You'll Learn & Grow Into

This role is designed as a strong foundation for a career in SaaS and customer-facing roles. You'll gain:

  • Hands-on experience with SaaS onboarding and customer activation.
  • Exposure to a full Hospitality Experience Platform
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations.
  • A clear pathway towards roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Onboarding Manager, or Operations Specialist.
