Partnerships Manager

Your mission

At Bookboost, we believe in pushing boundaries. We are not a hotel communication tool. We build the infrastructure that lets hotel groups own the guest relationship that OTAs currently monetise, by unifying guest data and orchestrating every interaction across the guest journey.

Your profile

As Partnerships Manager, you will build, strengthen and monetise our ecosystem of partners: hotel technology and PMS providers, distribution networks, hospitality consultants and resellers.

Your job is to turn that ecosystem into revenue. That means forging alliances where the combined offering solves something neither party solves alone, equipping partners so they can position Bookboost credibly without us in the room, and running the co-marketing and enablement motion that keeps the network active. Done well, the partner network becomes one of our strongest sources of qualified pipeline.

What you'll own and deliver

• Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against a clear annual target
• A cadence of new signed partnerships, balanced across consultants and integrations
• Partner enablement: onboarding, certification and continuous capability building
• Joint go-to-market with our Marketing team: content, campaigns, events
• Negotiating and structuring agreements that deliver genuine mutual value
• Performance analysis across the portfolio, doubling down on what works and retiring what does not

• Partnership experience: 5+ years in partnerships, business development or channel management, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology
• Revenue track record: you can point to pipeline and closed revenue your partnerships produced
• Negotiation: confident structuring commercial terms and holding a position
• Partnership design: you build frameworks and agreements, not one-off handshakes
• AI fluency: you already work with Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code, or you are the sort of person who will be running your own workflows in them within weeks. Our commercial team is AI-native and this is a genuine requirement rather than a bonus line.
• Technical credibility: comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and guest data architecture with a partner's product team
• Languages: fluent English essential; a second European language is a strong advantage
• Collaboration: effective across product, marketing and sales

• Location: based in the EU with existing right to work. No sponsorship or relocation available for this role.
