Missions
- Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la maintenance des applications d'entreprise qui soutiennent les opérations de Booking.com.
- Conseiller sur les défis commerciaux et utiliser les outils d'IA pour automatiser les flux de travail et soutenir les décisions basées sur les données.
- Gérer les incidents techniques et résoudre les problèmes de production en atténuant l'impact sur les clients.
Profil recherché
- Business Applications Acumen: Growing understanding of Business Applications and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the context of a large-scale organisation such as Booking.com- AI Skills & Tooling (Required): Practical experience with AI technologies in a professional context, including LLM-powered applications, AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, etc), AI-based search and knowledge tools (e.g. Glean), prompt/context engineering fundamentals, and the ability to evaluate, configure and integrate AI-powered SaaS solutions. Awareness of responsible AI use, data privacy, and governance frameworks is essential
- Problem-Solving & Communication: A proactive, results-driven, and analytical mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills, operating primarily within team scope with occasional cross-team interaction
- Experience in software development with proficiency in one or more coding languages such as Java, SQL, Python, or similar
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; or 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent
- At least 3 years of engineering experience, including 2+ years of managing SaaS applications used for productivity and collaboration such as Google Workspace, Slack, Glean, Blink, JIRA, Confluence or similar applications
