Senior Enterprise ITAM and EOL Technical Programme Manager

Missions

• Coordination of delivery across ServiceNow, enterprise inventory systems, systems of record, and the teams that own them.
• Management of programme scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and Business Unit commitments.
• Establishment of effective governance, reporting, and delivery routines, and maintenance of visibility of progress against outcomes.

Profil recherché

- Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology programmes involving multiple teams, platforms or Business Units

- A pragmatic, organised and outcome-focused approach

- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to build alignment without direct authority

- Understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, software lifecycle management, cloud governance or technology risk

- Ability to understand technical dependencies and turn them into clear delivery actions

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise reporting for senior stakeholders

- Experience managing integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions

- Experience delivering an enterprise capability or operating model from the ground up

- Experience with EOL remediation, technology risk or audit readiness

- Experience with ServiceNow, LeanIX, Collibra, SAP or other enterprise inventory and systems-of-record platforms
