The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of the store

business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the

Gucci brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.

Proven experience in a Store Management role within Fashion Luxury
Flexibility to work on early and late shifts
Availability to travel
Excellent organizational skills
Commercial awareness and strong business acumen to deliver results
Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
Strong communication skills
Passion for fashion industry
Strategic vision in order to develop the business
Fluent in English - mandatory
