We are currently looking for a strong AI Automation Engineer to join Kosmo - a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Turn business requests into production-ready AI and automation solutions.
• Build AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for reporting, monitoring, research, and operational tasks.
• Develop integrations between internal systems, data sources, and external APIs.
• Build reusable components and infrastructure instead of isolated one-off automations.
• Work with RAG, structured outputs, function calling, and modern AI frameworks.
• Implement monitoring, logging, evals, and quality controls for production AI solutions.
• Improve existing automations based on real-world usage, performance, and metrics.
• Advise teams on the most suitable AI tools, models, and approaches for their needs.
• Document solutions and help establish practical guidelines for using AI tools.

Must-have experience:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in software development / automation and hands-on experience with AI/LLM solutions.
• Experience shipping AI or automation solutions to production, not only PoCs or pet projects.
• Strong Python skills and experience with backend development and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and modern LLM approaches.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, databases, and production infrastructure.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, validation, and evaluation of AI solutions.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to turn recurring business needs into reusable solutions.
• Ability to independently gather requirements and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
