Middle SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the SEO growth of multiple iGaming projects across different GEOs. You will research markets, SERPs, competitors, and keywords, develop and test SEO strategies, and directly impact the performance of your assigned websites and GEOs. 

What you will do: 

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Analyze target GEOs, SERPs, competitors, and keyword groups to develop and implement SEO strategies. Launch websites from scratch, from initial setup and optimization to ongoing promotion and growth.
• SEO Experiments & Growth: Test different SEO approaches, link-building strategies, and hypotheses to identify effective growth opportunities across websites and GEOs.
• SERP & Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor SERPs, competitors, and market changes. Quickly adapt strategies and take action in response to algorithm updates, ranking changes, and new opportunities.
• AI Integration & Routine Automation: Use AI tools and automation to streamline SEO workflows, analysis, content production, and routine tasks across multiple websites.

What we expect from you: 

• SEO Expertise & Technical Proficiency: Experience managing multiple websites across different GEOs and independently handling SEO for assigned markets and keyword groups. Strong command of technical SEO, site audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and organic growth opportunities across Tier-1 and other priority GEO markets. 
• iGaming & Competitive Niche Track Record: Proven SEO experience in iGaming, Affiliate, or other highly competitive niches. Understanding of competitive SERPs and ability to adapt SEO strategies to different GEOs, search intent, and market competition.
• AI & Automation Tools: Hands-on experience leveraging AI for SEO workflow automation, routine process optimization, content production at scale, and custom AI agent creation.
• Product & Dev Collaboration: Strong capability to formulate technical requirements for developers, prioritize engineering tasks, and adapt to search engine updates and SERP shifts through continuous experiment testing.
