Tech Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll write code, make architectural decisions, and coach developers toward technical and professional growth. What you’ll do Lead the technical development of core features across frontend and backend Architect scalable, maintainable systems using modern tech stacks Review code, guide refactors, and ensure a culture of quality and testing Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables Mentor and grow engineers through feedback, pairing, and leadership Help shape hiring, tooling, and team processes as we scale Balance MVP speed with long-term scalability and security

Requirements Who you are 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role Strong experience in backend (Java/.NET/Node.js) and frontend (React/Angular/Vue) Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and software lifecycle Excellent communicator who can translate business needs into technical plans Comfortable working in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) Passionate about mentoring and building high-trust teams Nice to have Experience in fintech or regulated industries Familiarity with compliance, auditing, or financial integrations Open-source contributions or internal platform experience
