Sales Force Effectiveness Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Consultant to support commercial excellence initiatives by driving sales planning, territory optimization, sales analytics, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, hands?on experience in call planning, sales force analytics, and response?curve modeling to improve sales force productivity and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial excellence initiatives through sales planning, territory optimization, and performance measurement.
- Perform field force sizing and resource optimization.
- Execute territory alignment and design/update targeting models for HCPs/Accounts to ensure optimal field coverage.
- Utilize platforms such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce for sales force analytics.
- Apply advanced Excel and SQL skills to analyze internal commercial databases and external data sources (e.g., IQVIA).
- Develop and maintain call planning, response?curve modeling, and sales forecasting solutions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and present findings.
- Collaborate in cross?functional and client?facing environments.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, or related functions.
- Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or commercial organizations.
- Analytical & Problem?Solving Skills: Strong quantitative mindset with ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation abilities.
- Technical Skills (Required): Commercial Analytics, Power?BI, Pharmaceutical Analytics, Customer Segmentation, Tableau, Territory Alignment, Marketing Analytics, Forecasting, Salesforce CRM, SQL, Excel, Veeva CRM, Sales Force Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, Response Curve Modeling, Call Planning.
- Good?to?Have Skills: ETL and Data Warehousing concepts, Market Access and Commercial Operations exposure, Python or R, Incentive Compensation Analytics, Promotional Effectiveness Analysis, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Customer Analytics, Forecasting & Predictive Analytics.
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Pharmacy, Mathematics, or a related field.
