Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer, Mid

The Opportunity:

On our team of experienced professionals, you’ll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their information technology (IT)infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help modernize Army systems.

You’ll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to support, deploy, and optimize cloud solution components. You’ll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to manage and deploy container applications and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS labs, you’ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients’ problems, and you’ll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experiencesupporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems

• Experiencewith Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Experiencewith the Windows Operating System and Active Directory

• Ability toperform shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary

• Top Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• Ability toobtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certificationwithin 30 days of hire date

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencewith Microsoft Azure

• Experiencewith Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces

• Experiencewith scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML

• Experiencewith Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker

• Experiencewith the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence

• Experiencewith Agile development techniques and ceremonies

• Knowledge ofsite reliability engineering concepts

• Ability toclosely collaborate with a team of cloud architects and engineers

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree
