As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver solutions. Using your software engineering experience, you’ll work with the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability.

You Have:
3+ years of experienceimplementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
Experiencedesigning and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Experiencewith containerization, including Kubernetes
Experienceassisting with implementing and developing Azure policies
Experiencewith code management tools such as Git or GitLab in a team setting
Experiencebuilding software solutions for implementation within secure government cloud environments, including with Microsoft Azure and AWS
Knowledge ofnetwork technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLS
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability toobtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certificationwithin 30 days of hire date

Experiencedeploying and working with Azure Landing Zones
Experienceprovisioning cloud infrastructure and implementing orchestration using Crossplane
Experiencewith Azure Sentinel, Microsoft security, Azure services, Azure Monitor, log analytics, and cloud networking
Experiencedeploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop using Infrastructure-as-Code
Experiencewith RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including Bash

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
