The Opportunity:
Designs, implements, integrates, and maintains systems and tools to automate complex cyber activities. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.
You Have:
- Experience with programming or scripting languages C/C++, PowerShell, and Python
- Knowledge of general computer systems, information security software and hardware components, network systems, databases, or information security safeguards
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy principles, computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
- Ability to break down complex information technology systems, including cloud, servers, firewalls, routers, and switches
- Ability to communicate technical details to various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT II+ Certification, including Security+ within 90 days of start date
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with analyzing network configurations and network architecture diagrams
- Knowledge of zero-trust best practices and methodologies
- Possession of excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
