Human Resources and Human Capital Program Manager

As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding numerous efforts. Your customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budgetconstraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the National Security Sector, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your customer’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

• 10+ years of experiencewith HR
• 5+ years of experienceas a program manager on an HR or human capital program
• 3+ years of experiencemanaging geographically-dispersed HR operations
• 2+ years of experienceleading complex federal contract transitions
• Experiencebuilding and maintaining strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, and providing and effectively communicating strategic guidance, recommendations, and executive-level briefings and reports to senior government leadership
• Experiencemanaging project performance and quality assurance across various HR functional areas and managing competing priorities
• Experienceleading organizational change initiatives, including quickly assessing complex operational challenges and driving adoption of new processes
• Ability tobalance technical, financial, and contractual requirements
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degreein HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management
