On our team, you’ll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll guide and mentor your team as you oversee the development of algorithms and systems. You’ll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to use data science solutions to help your clients meet their toughest challenges. Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experienceindependently performing data analysis and data modeling with minimal guidance or direction
• 3+ years of experiencedesigning and automating HR performance dashboards for executive decision-makers, including KPI tracking, drill throughs, and scheduled refreshes
• 3+ years of experiencequerying relational databases using SQL
• 2+ years of experience developing data transformation scripts in Python, R, or SAS
• Experienceserving as a subject matter expert in data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization, and developing or modifying statistical and predictive analytical models, algorithms, queries, and methodologies
• Experiencemaintaining or supporting data ontologies, taxonomies, metadata structures, or data governance frameworks, and coordinating with IT services to resolve data migration, validation, integration, and capability issues
• Experienceevaluating process performance and recommending measurable improvements, applying quality control standards, and confirming that analytical deliverables meet established performance requirements
• Ability tocommunicate technical information effectively to agency leaders, managers, technical professionals, and team members at all levels
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degreein Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Analytics, or a Data Science field

• Experiencewith data governance, enterprise data standards, or ontology management
• Experiencedeveloping statistical or predictive solutions using Python, R, SQL, or comparableanalytical tools

• Experiencesupporting data migration, system modernization, or data quality initiatives
• Experienceworking in a federal government or national security environment
• Ability totranslate complex analytical results into concise recommendations for non-technical decision-makers
• Possession ofstrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Master’s degreein Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, or a relatedfield
