Human Resources Shared Services Director
The Opportunity:
Manage consulting engagements and technology-based Information Technology (IT)solution projects for clients. Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories. Lead strategy of development of solutions to highly complex problems. Exercise considerable latitude and take primary responsibility for supervision and development of managers. Oversee HR Administration service offerings and lead an end-to-end ‘hire to retire’ solution for highly transactional and repeatable activities that touch the employee. Optimize processes and lead a team to improve employee experienceand support the organization's strategic goals. Develop and execute a shared services strategy aligned with organizational objectives, driving continuous HR process improvement, and standardization. Lead and mentor an HR team, focusing on performance management, training, and service standards. Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and efficiency gains in HR processes. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication, ensuring compliance with employment laws and data protection regulations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators, using data analytics to guide decision-making and process improvements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
12+ years of experiencemanaging or leading HR teams with progressive HR leadership
3+ years of experience in a shared services environment leading cross-functional teams
Experiencewith managing a payroll service offering
Experiencein process management, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experiencespearheading major transformation and restructuring initiatives
Knowledge ofHelp Desk and shared service technology procedures and best practices
Ability tomanage teams, clients, stakeholders, and workflow in a shared services environment
Ability tobuild strong relationships with COE partners as well as the business sectors to improve delivery
Ability toaddress performance issues through key performance metrics and technical efficiency
Bachelor's degree

Experienceapplying detailed focus on data and processes to ensure data integrity
Ability tounderstand technical data flows across multiple systems

Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $265,200.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
