The Instructional Training Facilitator supports the USTRANSCOM mission by developing, delivering, and sustaining training. This role ensures personnel across USTRANSCOM, Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS), Combatant Commands, and global operational units are proficient in performing workflows, conducting patient movement coordination, executing medical regulating, and maintaining in-transit visibility operations.
On our team, you’ll work with SMEs and product owners to capture your client’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the student learner at the centerof the training experience, you’ll design training material and performance support tools.
This position includes global travel, hybridand virtual instruction, onsite coaching, and collaboration with Agile development teams to ensure training aligns with system updates and operational requirements.

You Have:
3+ years of experiencefacilitating and delivering training in classroom and hybridor virtual environments
Experienceusing ADDIE or Adaptive-ADDIE methodology in authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
Ability totravel up to 75% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experiencewith DoD patient movement processes, healthcare operations, or transportation or logistics systems
Experiencedesigning multimodal training, including microlearning, simulations, and advanced scenario-based training
Experiencesupporting Agile development programs
Possession ofexcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
ISD Certificationor equivalentprofessional training credential
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
