Integrated Logistics Management System Solution Architect, Lead

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a solution architect, technical lead, or systems engineer
• 3+ years of experience supporting State Department Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS)
• Experience with State Department ILMS modules, such as Asset Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Diplomatic Pouch and Mail, or Fleet
• Experience developing technical architectures supporting logistics workflows, data governance, identity management, and security controls specific to State Department systems
• Experience with translating State Department mission and bureau requirements into technical roadmaps, design artifacts, and executable implementation plans
• Knowledge of ILMS workflow processes including asset management, logistics routing, shipping, warehouse operations, and procurement lifecycle steps
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with ILMS modernization, cloud redesign, or data migration activities
• Experience with federal IT stack platforms, such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, .NET, SQL Server, or AWS GovCloud
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks, including FISMA, NIST 800-53, or Zero Trust principles
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree
