It supplies technology and mission services to defence, intelligence, civil and health agencies, covering systems engineering, cyber operations, data platforms and increasingly artificial intelligence deployed inside classified environments. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it employs tens of thousands of security-cleared staff and competes with the other large federal services contractors for multi-year programme awards.
